Make a sandwich of two OSB sheets with foam board on the outside and inside. Make sure the edges are even and secure the sheets with 4 nails or screws. Draw the sections on the top sheet as shown in the first picture below. Then nail/screw additional fasteners to all of the legs at the edges of each piece you are cutting, which will hold the pieces together as you cut them. Use a circular saw to cut the parts. Use a saber saw to cut the corners of the door opening. Cut two 10-inch equilateral triangles from the door opening piece. Attach two right triangle parts to make the back wall. Cut a 2×4 4 feet long and 2 5/8 inches wide. Then use a table saw set at 30 degrees. Cut this piece into a diamond shape (see the second picture).

Turn it to the side and repeat this sign on the other side. Draw a line 9″ and 10 1/2″ from the other end of the 3’4′ side. This will be the mounting point for the front wall. Turn it to the side and repeat this on the other side. Mark the other parts of the roof exactly as above. Align the front and back wall bases with the lines you marked on each part of the roof. Note that the upper inner edges of the roof parts should touch each other. Tack or nail the sides down with 2 1/2-inch fasteners. Using 1 1/2″ and/or 2 1/2″ fasteners, attach the rafter pieces to the top of the left and right roof sections. Opening door with 1 1/2 inch wide piece. Using 1 1/2-inch fasteners, secure the triangular vent covers at each end with scraps gathered from the edges. Apply two exterior colors to the front and back walls and the underside of the roof.
Attach drip trays to all edges of the roof using roofing nails. Make a starter course of shingles on the underside of one side of the roof, attach with roofing nails and lay the first course of shingles directly on top. Trim the single piece of wood that hangs over the drip cap. Begin the next row of shingles by staggering the tabs halfway between the first tab of shingles. Align the base of the second row with the top of the tabs of the first row. Repeat this until you reach the top of the roof. Cut off excess material. Repeat the installation of shingles for other parts of the roof. The ridge cap is attached to the edge perpendicular to the stem line by cutting the rest of the shingles tab.
