You have multiple computers with Library Sync enabled, and a song has been deleted from one of those computers. Songs you delete from your music library are immediately removed from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, but remain on other connected computers until they are manually deleted.
Apple Music may not be able to upload the song because the song was not purchased from the iTunes Store, was purchased with a different Apple ID, or the file is too large.

Learn what to do if songs are taking too long to upload. iTunes 12 has a new design and has changed the way you access your content. It can be a little confusing at first to find your way around and understand how you can watch content in iTunes 12, so we decided to share your music, movies, TV shows and more in iTunes 12. Look closer in different ways to see what you see. . .
Music, movies, apps, audiobooks and more. The first change in iTunes 12 is the way you access these libraries. At the top right of the iTunes window is a small navigation bar that displays icons for each of the different content libraries. As you can see below, my music library is selected. After that are images for movies, TV shows, podcasts, audiobooks, and apps. Click the … button to view a menu that displays all available libraries. Check the ones you want to display in the navigation bar. (The Home icon appears on the left side of the navigation pane if you’ve turned on Home Sharing to access other iTunes libraries on your network.)
After selecting a library, you have many viewing options, and it can be confusing in iTunes 12. There are three places you should look to adjust these options as you view your content. First is the Library navigation bar (or View menu) at the top left of the iTunes window. The second is the central navigation bar above your content. And the third is the View Options menu on the right side of the window. These three controls combine to create different views that you use with iTunes 12.

The central navigation bar gives you four options: My Music, Playlists, Radio, and the iTunes Store. (If you have an iTunes Match subscription, you’ll also see a Match button.) Radio takes you to iTunes Radio, and iTunes Store takes you where you’d expect. But My Music and Playlists let you view your music library in different ways.
If you click My Music, you’ll see all of your music, and you can adjust how it’s presented by clicking the View Options menu in the top right of the iTunes window. (You can also display this menu by choosing View > View Options or by pressing Command-J.)
In the screenshot below, I’ve chosen to display my music by albums, sorted by artist and then by title. You can choose to view music by songs, albums, artists, musicians, or genres, and for each of these options you can choose from one or two sorting options. You can also choose to show recently added; This places a section at the top of your library that shows items you’ve added in the last month, 3 months, etc., based on your selections in this menu.
Remember the sidebar that was in previous versions of iTunes? There is a way to restore it in iTunes 12: Click Playlists. You will get an idea like this.

You can then choose how to display the rest of your content as above, but different from displaying content without the sidebar seen. When you click on playlists, it’s a new view, not the same view you see in the sidebar. You can browse your music by albums when the sidebar is not visible, and by songs when you show the sidebar. It’s a bit confusing at first, but take some time to figure out the best way to view your music and whether it’s useful to see yourself in the sidebar.
You can view any content in list view. This is a more compact view where each item – song, movie, TV show – is displayed as a single line in the list. This is a great view when you want to see a lot of content, instead of, say, an album view, where you only see one graph per album.
To view list items, go to the View Options menu, then select Songs if you’re viewing your music library, or for other types of content select a list of movies, a list of TV shows, and more.
This isn’t new in iTunes 12, but it’s nice to know that you can use the column browser when viewing your music in playlists or other content in list views. It lets you browse music by genre, composer, and/or artist, then album, for example, to find what you want to hear.

To use the Column Browser, display your music in Song View, then View > Column Browser > Show Column Browser. The Column Browser menu allows you to display different columns for different types of content. For example, you can use it to view TV shows by season, or other types of content by category (equivalent to genes for certain types of content).
I’ve mainly discussed music, but other types of content have viewing options that are more specific to their content. For example, for movies or TV shows, you can select My Movies or My TV Shows, and you can also select Unwatched Content. Podcasts allows you to view all of your podcasts or podcast stations that you’ve created.
You may notice that the text in iTunes is a little smaller. You can change both the menu text and the sidebar text, but you need to go to two different places to do it.
To change the size of the list text, choose iTunes > Preferences, click General, and choose Change Size from the List Size menu.
How To Find Similar Songs On Mac
To change the sidebar text size, you need to change the system-wide setting. Open System Preferences, click General, and change the Sidebar Icon Size menu. This applies to iTunes as well as Finder, Mail, iPhoto and other Apple applications.
So, take some time to navigate through the many viewing options in iTunes 12. You’ll easily find better ways to view, discover and enjoy your content.
